The hours will primarily be lunch Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and dinner Monday, Tuesday and every other Sunday 3:50 PM to 8:50 PM, that makes 35-39 hours per week.
Your 1st job will be to learn the customer service position. The CSR takes orders from the customers and processes our online orders. The menus for all of the restaurants are in our software so you will be prompted for all pertinent questions to ask. However there are many little details that go with the job. We deal with over 45 restaurants.
Your 2nd focus will as a the shift supervisor by dispatching and coordinating the pickup and delivery of meals to homes and business. You will fax or email the order to the restaurant and confirm the order with the restaurant and dispatch the driver to the restaurant. You will also deal with customer complaints and restaurant issues.
You will dispatch Our York delivery area from our York office. You will have authority over the drivers and the customer service rep so you need to be comfortable with that authority. You will also be assigned other jobs, such as accounts payable, driver payroll, etc.
You must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and comfortable working on a computer. Additional skills such as WordPress, Photoshop, Quark Express, HTML, Quickbooks, would be great.
